Direct 'Hardware' Audio Pass Through with iConnectivity iConnect Audio 4+
Hey all!
Quick one -- I need to get a stereo audio channel routed directly through my iCA4+ to the correct L/R speakers (for a performance tomorrow! last minute!). I remember we chatted about his being possible a good little while ago and I had a bunch of links to the the iConnectivity forum saved, but their forum seems to be down!
Anyone here know how to do this off their top of their heads? It as simple as routing the Analog sources to Analog outputs?
Cheers!
Oscar
EDIT: I think it was that easy! Little bit of messing with the analog mixer and it seems to be sorted.

Yes, turning up the analog input channels to 0dB in the mixer in the iconnectivity for audio app is the way to directly pass the inputs to the outputs. That's part of how I'm using mine right now, as a mixer, to mix some hardware with the iOS stuff, without needing a mixer, in addition to an audio interface.
I was going to say use the routing matrix, it’s very flexible and easy. Be sure to save your configuration or it won’t be there when you cycle power.
The routing matrix is part of it, the digital mixer is required or you lose those inputs for other purposes. This process finally actually taught me how to use the mixer properly! It was a mystery to me until now.
Just got back from the performance. Full house and excellently received! I was performing with AUM on my iDevice for signal processing and TidalCycles on a laptop, which I was using to perform using ‘live coding’!
