Got them. And thanks for your efforts. Just in case anyone else is suffering the same; the BLEASS update didn't appear in my update list, but was available when I searched for the app itself.

OMG 😳 what a great update. Exceeding my expectations. Only one problem: I get crackles when standalone - a phenomenon I also encounter with SynthMaster 2. iPad Pro 2021 11 inch 256GB. The only thing I’d like to have would be a PDF manual. I’m a manual guy.

Never really had any luck with a randomizer making any good sounds. But luv the opportunity for more presets.

This my friend - I am more and more convinced - is the frigging ball in apples court. As I see it its 2018 all over again, as apple dropped the iPad Pro 11 inch and it didn’t make any differences between audio listening and audio recording/producing/playing with plugins. So…. For listening you don’t need much cores of your shiny new M1 chip, right. But for the producing of audio much more power is needed.

Sometimes it feels like the synth is playing quite nice BUT (maybe, this my thoughts to it) when it is accessing more cores the switch from low performance to high performance so to speak is causing the cracklings.

For me its more like fingers crossed apple will finally get this done with iOS 15 this fall…!? What do you say? Making sense?

I agree @stormywaterz it appears to be 100% an Apple-created problem along with the iOS update. I’m now getting rather pronounced audio crackling issues in a number of previously clean synth apps.
