There's a nice Delay in the sound so I'll take a shot with:
Nembrini Delay 3000
None of the overdrives featured in the TH-U GUI appear to be enabled and there's no distortion and any extra FX you use would be visible in that GUI
or hidden beneath which I think is the case here.
