Back when CDM announced the 1.9.6 update, poor Mr. Kirn was also confounded by the Dynamic Scale feature.

I think what you do is enter chords into the pattern editor. Then you use a curve to smooth out transitions from one chord to another. The curve function will generate the notes for you, and the notes will be part of a selected scale.
I could be wrong. I'll have to play with MultiSynth myself to try to grasp it.

Sunvox 2 will hopefully bring midi out in AU mode. It's the only thing stopping me from using it lots.

There's already a 'detune' oscillator in the Analog Generator but this time we'll be able to do some math between them...
...maybe even oscillator sync which is a real, real PITA to do with SunVox at the moment.
There's no date for the 2.0 but I'm in no hurry. It's better to get a quality than a rush release

Nope but it could be one of the things coming in 2.0...
(As far as I know there are no public betas of 2.0).
The public betas won't be for a while. (I don't have any inside knowledge, just going from past release schedules.)
It's quite amazing that SunVox has been available for iOS for well over 10 years!
