AUM | Replicate Hardware Mixer Channels in under 8 minutes | haQ attaQ
🔥 It's actually called "AUM - Audio mixer" 🎚 and it is not that different from a hardware audio mixer (kinda). Almost everything we need for a proper mixer channel strip is already built into AUM and so it does not take long to set up. All we need is some mixer specs and about 8 minutes.

Thank you! I like Mackie mixers myself. I’ve actually never owned one myself but I’ve come across them many times out in the field and in studios.
I actually did this Last night and created a 12 channel faux Mackie in AUM then saved it. It will definitely be my Most used AUM “template”
Thanks for this @jakoB_haQ. I finally got round to watching this. You’ve inspired me to make an AUM DAW preset with all my usual workflow setup.
It’s got:
8 x atom2 midi channels
An LK midi channel all hooked up to sequence the atom2s
8 x audio channels with your mackie mixer setup, but 2 sends, output to the Master channel
2 x sends with AU3:FX Space and AU3:FX Dub preloaded
A Master channel with Equalizer and Barricade from Toneboosters
This is gonna save some time! Just need Loopy Pro HD and I’m set!
Any good compressor options for low CPU mixer channel use (meaning, ~8 copies of it)? AUM doesn’t have its own.
