That was the work of Future Sonics who also happen
to have three effects apps up on the AppStore.
Thanks! Was not aware of their stuff—looks nice! Perhaps building an app from the ground up instead of pushing Mozaic to its limits would be a better approach? I can imagine this is a pain to set up (as they point out in the youtube comments).
The beauty of dRambo and it's modular nature
is that it forces us to think outside of the box.
I can't speak for Future Sonics but I can say this on my part.
There's a joy in being able to do this stuff with the tools that are there already.
Obviously, dedicated controller information for instance would be
much easier but the challenge of doing all of this using only modules is mind blowing.
I think that's why Future Sonics did it also.
Note, they didn't have an Octatrack so made one in dRambo in the interim.
I wouldn't say "better" because it's specific to Atom2, but it integration with external controllers for scripting is tight. Not as well documented as Mozaic though, so figuring things out can be tough.
i was referring to a program other than mozaic. streambytemr was too terse for a noob like me.
if i could just have something like mozaic that would run c+, i'd be happy..but we all know how apple feels about executable code.
couldn't tim sweeny sue for that instead?
Sorry, I wasn't clear. Atom2 has scripting with tight two-way direct integration with external controllers. It's based around JavaScript. It could be used similarly to Mozaic even if not used for recording or playing back notes.
Yeah, ive already added some stuff to my lpps in atom.

I asked in another thread if it was possible to see whats in some of the common parts like these. Ut didnt get a response :
So e of the stuff i was able to figure out from the examples, but like i have no idea what colors are available or their names other than the few that are listed in the lpp scriot for the bottom buttons. Or whats in global util, or global lighting. I assume these are in the package itself and not visible to a user. Mostly so i can just reuse some code rather than try and define new stuff for my own. I already suck at 3 languages, i dont need to make JS my 4th.
Im like a jack of no trades and master of none.
I have a Mini-Lab too, but not an Arturia:
@Wrlds2ndBstGeoshredr
I don't know if Future Sonic is on the AB Forum.
I do know that their on FB.
Give him a holla and see if he would be up for sharing
his Mozaic script especially as he put together the
dRambo project as a direct replacement for an Octatrack.
