What Is Your Preferred Venue To Acquire Apps & Plugins?
The obvious answer for iPhone and iPad owners is Apple's App Store, since there is no other option.
But what about desktop/laptop owners? Yes, going direct to the developers/software companies is an option, but going that route doesn't always result in the best deal.
I've recently looked at Plugin Boutique, which seems to have some decent deals now and then. Where else would you recommend people buy their software?

I always buy right from the developer website, I would rather they got all the money versus a cut from a store.
Personally, I’d rather go through the iOS and macOS App Stores. Updates tend to be far, far easier to monitor and manage using a single source.
