Anyone integrate Eventide H9 into AUM?

Hi,

H9 owner here with all the algorithms. And I've lately been getting back into the iOS world, primarily via AUM.

I also have a hardware mixer/recorder where my H9 is in a send loop. So I have been able to route audio to the hardware to record things off the H9, my real instruments, and my virtual stuff from AUM and iOS.

I don't think I can integrate my H9 as a live AUM effect or the audio from the H9 as a live AUM channel. I'd rather do this without buying another audio interface for my iPad -- right now, I use the old Camera Connection Kit and a USB hub.

And I'd instead not start $$$ bucking up again for Eventide apps.

So is anyone using the H9 pedal integrated with AUM?

Thanks,
Joe

You could use the H9 I/O with an audio interface like the new Arturia MiniFuse interfacing with AUM which also doubles as a USB hub and MIDI I/O sending audio out thru the H9 effects and back in. At least that is the first solution that came to mind.

  • This guy uses H9 and AUM a lot in his posts:

  • Awesome! I'll check out Kelby and the MiniFuse.

I know it costs $$, but I believe the eventide iOS apps accept h9 presets.
Edit: and I believe you can just use the h9 via usb as a controller, but don’t quote me on that
