    a bunch of filters (that you can stack) plus interesting modulation.

    You could build this with Drambo but if you want a boxed product then there's Sugar Bytes Effectrix and Turnado for example.

    There’s a handful of really good filter apps on iOS that may be similar. Volcano2, TB DualCVF, Filterstation, Stochastic FilterBank.

    Also apps like Flux Pro and Drambo.

    Also don't know this desktop app but stacking modulatable filters made me think of Dials
