Can no longer mark General App Discussion as "Read"?

You can do it with Cubasis and Loopy Pro forums, but not the General....why was this changed?

Nothing has been changed. That's not anything can actually be changed at the category level.
The only change I can think of that could affect that is the addition of two sub-categories below General. Maybe that's it.

I can't reproduce what you mention. I'm able to mark General read. Can you provide a screen shot of what you're not seeing that you expect to see?

When under the General App Discussion tab, the two sub-forums appear with a Gear icon on the right, there is no gear icon next to the General App Discussion forum.

  • If you go up a level. You should see the gear on the General App Discussion category. No categories show the gear icon once you're already in them.

  • And by the way, you go "up a level" by tapping "All Categories" in the sidebar. Had me guessing for a while.
