NS2 - Latest iOS version compatibility check thread.
Ok, i will to little service to community here.
I have iPad AIR M1 which i will no more use for music (i gave it to my son), so I will keep there NS2, will keep updating it with latest public version of iOS - i don't care if at some moment NS stops working there cause i have other iPad and there i want to keep NS2 working forever :-)
So this old Air will be "canary" device :-)
Always after update I will check if NS2 is still working, and let you know by posting here in this thread. That way, you will have overview if it is safe to update.
My methodology is be:
- load some project with both build in synth/fx and some VST plugins (instruments and effects)
- check if everything was loaded correctly
- play it for a while
- check if everything is playing correctly
So, you guys don't need to be in stress when updating new version of iOS :-)
Will always actualise this info also on my homepage, so it is easily and quickly available without need to remember an search this thread:-)

18.4 OK
👍 Thank you 😊
Great, thanks!
I think that the last resort will always be to:
1. Save an .ipa file of the app purchased with your Apple ID
2. Get an older iDevice that is stuck at a lower maximum iOS version and install it on that one.
