Sqsl Canvas praise!
Hi All,
I was able to get sqsl Canvas integrated into my small eurorack rig and it is truly an astounding cv controller for me. I can't get over how well designed this app is. I bought both Rise and Fall and Divided. They feel so complete and the interface is brilliant. Small little quality of life aspects like real time visual feedback of the polarity of the signals and being able to select multiple values by swiping make the interface extremely musical and intuitive. I've never been this excited about an app before and wanted to pass it on. I've heard very little mention of it!

Interesting. Which interface do you use with the iPad?
Expert Sleepers ES-9
Thanks.
Sure. I wrote to Michal about adding a trigger generator to the app and also being able to assign which channel the triggers come from, but he said he wouldn't be able to make those changes. As is, it automatically assigns the first 4 audio inputs as trigger inputs so I had to adjust that is my ES-9.
I may have spoken too soon on this. After spending quite a bit of time with it, a couple things seem pretty buggy. The random range works intermittently as far as I can tell and at times the random triggers do nothing and seem to freeze and I have to close and re-open. These issues are hampering my experience. I've written to Michal and hoping to hear back on this.
After some testing, it is actually working as it should. If you are having any issues with the RND RANGE not working, you can only set the range when the RND buttons are not active. So, if you RND activate tracks and change RND RANGE after that, it won't change anything. You have to turn off the RND switch, set the RND RANGE, then turn the RND switch back on. Not intuitive to me, but I bet there's a reason behind it.
