Sure hope this comes to LP4 iPad!

I looked at the Logic Pro section but nothing posted there for awhile so I’m posting g here if that’s ok. LP4 needs this ! I have a feeling it’s coming to Logic soon.

Just fyi, it makes no difference where you post something, it still shows up in the main feed. People don't generally look only in certain topics, they just go to Home, where all categories show.

That said, it's fine to post it wherever you feel like. Unless there are complaits, there's no need to move it.

(The one exception is the Other category. It doesn't show up in the main feed.)

  • I'd love to have an option in Logic (on both Mac and iPad) that could turn scanned scoresheets with chord markings and other notation into playable files without too much hassle, most apps that process scanned scoresheets to midi are pretty bad...

AI 'Sample Generator / Audio Processor' working with descriptive prompts could be pretty nice as well for sketching out sound ideas and refining them once created... (Give this sound a bit more 'sparkle', 'boom', 'reduce harshness' etc.).

  • @Samu : Are there any DAWS that can actually do that?

Currently none that I know of. There are some apps that can convert scanned score-sheets to midi with variable success rate but consider AI is so hyped it would be nice to see it put to some practical use instead of serving as a 'meme-generator' :sunglasses:

  • I use Google’s LM Notebook for this on a range of apps, including Logic. Just upload the manual and then ask it questions. It even makes a podcast based on the document you upload )not that I ever use this). There’s a thread on it here somewhere.

    Thanks for the tip!
