Joined! Stoked for this. Thank you for opening up the beta.
Amazing, can't wait to smush FRMS and DRC into this bad boy.
So funny that the topic of FRMS being used as a granular effect in the GSDSP thread came up, and then you guys drop this
Definitely a coincidence! I wasn't even aware of that discussion!
Very cool! Nice touch with the rhythmic features.
Downloaded. Sadly the AU won’t show up in AUM nor NanoStudio or GarageBand. Maybe I just have to wait a little?
ooh will definitely be trying this out!
Maybe try a restart and / or a reinstall. And best to open the standalone once before you try opening the AUv3.
Or reboot the iPad?
@sinosoidal
AUv3 doesn't show up in AUM under "GRFX" or "Imaginando". Standlone opens OK. Have rebooted iPad then reopened GRFX as standlone first, AUv3 still not showing up. Opened standalone before attempting to open as AUv3.
iOS 17.7.6, AUM latest beta
UPDATE: Shows up after removing and reinstalling.
Some display issues, labels being clipped …
iPad Pro 2017, iOS 17.7.6, AUM 1.4.8 (354)
That's because of the help bar at the bottom. Press ? to deactivate it. But yes, it's a bug.
Yo! Recognized your handle but I was using your Loopy Pro Cascade template last night. For hours honestly. Well done and thank you!
@offbrands I'm so happy to hear that! I want to incorporate some MIDI automation, stay tuned for version 2... In the meantime try throwing GRFX on an effect bus!
Good idea! MIDI donuts would be sick. Would help with the storage. Those sessions get heavy. Message me when V2 gets released or if you want someone to test it before launch! 🙏🏽
Throwing GRFX on it now 🤘🏽
@sinosoidal, it would open up some interesting creative possibilities if chord changes were available as AU parameters for automation.
@sinosoidal - no issues in AUM for me yet. Having a blast. Beautiful UI, a treat to play with.
The drag and drop an lfo to an effect for modulation is sublime. Well done!
edit;
The burger icon to get and out of the lfo menu is a bit hard to precisely hit on. At least for me in full screen in AUM
Maybe not just due to the help bar, it’s a bit clipped here too. Or is that just what happens when you turn the window into a stupid and impractical shape? Hehe. View set to Full of course.
In the LFO menu it seems a bit odd that none of the knobs are labelled with their destinations.
Absolutely beautiful app! And quite unique, which I’m happy about because it gives me an excuse to buy it
Public beta, ah great. And then! 🤬🤬 (Sorry, I'm just so tired of wasting time on brick-walls)

Playing with the effect and it's pretty nice so far! Just a heads up: I had to reboot my iPad to make it show in Logic. That said, seems to be working very well here.
Edit: also automation in Logic seems not to be working.
Chord is already a parameter, but there’s currently a bug preventing parameters from being exposed to the host. This issue will be fixed in the next beta update.
The automation problem is because the parameters aren't being exposed, or the automation itself is not changing the parameter?
I can see the parameters but the parameter curves/changes in Logic are not reflected in the plugin.
You have a setting in the settings panel called "View". Its set to automatic, which means it will adapt the view according to the size of the screen. But to resolved those cases, you can force the view to be in Split mode, where you'll be able to change between the granular and fx using the icon on the right of the help button, like this:
Thank you for the info! We'll investigate
That’s great to hear, thanks @xglax.
Unfortunately this isn’t appearing in my AUv3 list in AUM, Drambo or Logic! I have no idea why, as the standalone version loads up OK.
iPad M4 11-inch, running iOS 18.4.1.
Have you tried restarting our iPad?
delete app, reinstall solved it here
I had the same, even after a forced restart of the iPad it didn't show. As @EnvelopeFollower states, it needed to be deleted and reinstalled. After that: not even a restart was required. A bit odd. [iPad Pro M1 - Latest iOS] Now off to testing 🙃
For those who couldn’t see GRFX in the AUv3 list, the latest build (5) should resolve that issue. We believe the problem was related to devices that also had K7D installed. If you're still experiencing issues with this latest build, please try uninstalling GRFX and installing it again.
@unlink Could you please check if you're now able to automate parameters in Logic with this latest beta?
Additionally, some UI issues—such as with the automation and FX panels—have been fixed. These sections are now scrollable when the window size is too small.
