Dope. Thanks Gav!
I love this app but I’m really wishing it had more factory patches. Yea it’s good to dial things in but I also frequently find the need for some more quick and easy preset options.
Anyone have patches they are willing to share for Punchlab?
I agree. I wish this had a library of different patches. There are so few default patches. So I'm definitely not making the most out of it.
Ask the dev to add more presets maybe? In general though, the idea with this kind of plugin is more that you dial everything in to taste, as it really depends a lot on what you're feeding it, and your levels etc
Agree. I'm not sure how useful a bunch of patches would be with this one since you're using a fine chisel to find the exact sound you need in your mix with PunchLab. There's no one-size-fits-all with it.
Maybe I should do.
I see presets as a starting point for anything. I'm not the type who wants to start everything from scratch. That's why I like desktop apps like Analog Lab and Falcon. Lots of presets to get you started then tweak to your liking.
And with apps like Turnado or Platinum Synth on ios which have so many presets as a starting point.
