  • wow, I'd never even heard of rrarrow. I'm intrigued!

  • So what is it? I tried watching a YouTube demo but it frightened my cat...

  • Same dev as soundfruze and Phuwao Synth.
It's a modular noisemaker / sample player. Can also be used in the effect slot, blocks are controlable by cc too. Brilliant leftfield thing that's been ahround for 4 years or so I reckon.

Somebody coming from modular synthesis aka Nord Modular, Model 15, AnalogKit, Audulus or zMors Modular might have trouble getting friends with this.
I was excited with the new grid concept at first, but more often than not, connecting modules the way I think they should work, they just don't. Spoiled much of the fun for me, but maybe i'm too much into classic modular synthesis to understand the rather different UI concept.

It’s its own thing for sure, looking through the presets helps, and the manual is very well done, idiosyncratic but neat-o

    Ha!
That's what I use it for.
Keeping my cats in line when they are getting a bit too cocky 😄

It is also really good for industrial, power electronics, etc.

  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • The dev should make some effort putting AppStore vids in description of his apps. As is it could be a pimped up Victorian board game.

Pretty much every synth I use freaks my cat out.

When I listen to Youtube vids on synth he digs at the speakers and lays across the keyboard meowing the whole time.

  • im glad rrarrow is coming back.

  • WINNER!

Your white noise will never sound cooler and characteristically your own.

Is PHUWAO going to be updated again?

Is it worth the bulk package buy or is it abandoned?

No idea on that one's status. It still works fine as it is on current iOS. Best way to contact Alexey is via FB. Yeah, I realise that's not everybody's preference, but there ya go.

  • Honestly would be happy if he could just fix the present IAA version. I've written to him, but to no avail. This app make awesome sounds but you can only make one change then it refuses to change another e.g wave.
