Thanks @Max23! You have converted @Turn_the_Tables right way 'round.
Yes, we should keep this thread going for the record and refuse to admit the product ever released. Do NOT follow the false Messiah... we wait for the one true Drambot!
@ Drambot is not pronounced Dram-Bot. It's from a french developer and it's pronounced
Dram-Bow.
Spread the word and accept no false products (without the "t"). We will wait until hell freezes over.
To be fair, he is very much to do with beepstreet, the developer has chosen him to be a hype orchestrator (I believe he calls it a beta tester)
Signal to noise is about 0.02% total harmonic distortions. Nice babbling by the way.
Is that for everyone? If yes, I appreciate that. You are a scholar and a gentleman.
Work on that.
Yet, here you are answering a rando post from a few pages back
The hype has kept you here.
I’ll just buy a copy for my mom and it will even out the sales loss.
Did you not actually even read my post, I did say I prefer reading this thread to anything by this developer, so why wouldn't I post now and again to keep this stupidity going ?
And so it continues, you are going to buy two copies, woooohoo, lets all go buy things we have no real idea about other than "Oh my gawwwwd, I can't believe how amazing this is"
This thread is the IOS equivalant of a Chinese Amazon Review factory.
Oh we're still doing the 200 page thing? lol
Can you Mom post some demos's of her work? Good on you for supporting the solo dev
laboring towards perfection.
i guess we best ask graham (massey) or simon topping what was up in manc a year or two earlier?
but nothin’ comes from nowhere..
Its not true.
Don’t let this distract you from your awesome work! We all appreciate the amazing apps you have developed! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😳☝️🙏
I’ve never seen them deny that the scene spread out from Detroit but they were responsible for its creation.
The Nicolette record whilst a great album and one I personally own wasn’t release until ‘92, six years after the DM track I posted and was a step on from the original sound, adding breaks (London style) and bleeps (Sheffield influence) to the mix, creating Harcore/proto jungle .
This. Regardless of how anyone perceives Max23's posts, most of us are smart enough to understand that a beta tester is an unpaid community volunteer, not a company representative.
To get the thread back on point however, is there any indicator of what the price will be when we eventually see this ? I may have missed it in the previous 100+ pages. :-)
Drambo is something that Dumbos eat for breakfast..
Electronic music but not Techno/Rave.
Its the street name for Dramamine (aka Gravol). Lil Drambino mumbles about it a lot.
Can we have more screenshots please?
110 pages soon... here is new challenge : 150 pages before release !!
i would prefer audio examples woth some advanced synth sound design - some neuro basses, hardstyle leads, screetches, progressive edm basses and leads ... is there anybody with good sound design skills in beta team, capable to push it to the limits ?
I mean some serious sound design, not just some simple bass on lead or pad.. something jaws dropping ... common .. show me how sick can this beast sound !
More on sampling, please.
Yes! That one!
First of all, you've obviously never been to Houston. There was no dancing.
But I am happy to have seen that Jean-Michele Jarré video. It's beyond parody and totally ridiculous. But also wonderful. And clearly was the inspiration for the Lords of the Synth video earlier in the thread.
I think there is a bit of this in the DNA too...
Note Lords of Synth is set at the Necropolis and Haley's Comet seen here at 0:56
So we’re just postin videos now
Eat this! 🤔🤭

How else we gonna hit 150 by next week!?
Rave (which incorporated bits of techno, and for which some DJs would play Detroit Techno) started being a thing in 1988. And I'd argue that 808 State, LFO, Black Dog, Aphex Twin and even Orbital are probably more representative of that early UK 'techno' sound. I guess the stuff that Carl Cox used to play at raves as well. Spiral Tribe also - whatever happened to them?
