IConnectAUDIO4+ and nanoPAD2
Hi folks,
I got my ICA4 and it looks very promissing. But i just can't get my nanopad2 recognized on my Ipad, neither on my Mac, when routed throught the ICA4 USB Port. I made every route possible on iconfig software, but no Luck. Anyone here got any success on this, even with other devices? Thanks!

I had a real problem with my nanopad2 on my win8 laptop, because I've got several controllers, they hogged the midi ports, so I had to remove those and re-install the nano pad first, it needed the specific Korg driver, didn't work as a generic midi device, wonder if that relates to the problem you've got.
Just a guess, ( I was using a iCMidi2+ a while back) - you may need to hook up to your PC and run the config software. Perhaps the default routing is blocking that port?
@knewspeak: thanks. I just have one controller, and running on an Ipad. So I think It´s not related.
@wigglelights: thank you for your reply. I made every route possible throught the Iconfig software.
Strange thing is that the Iconfig recognizes my NanoPad2 on Port1 of USB input from ICA4+... but the signal doesn't reaches my Ipad.
I wonder if there´s another configuration I may missed...
This sounds like the still outstanding issue with the new Electribes. The iConnect will recognize it on the USB host jack/port but not pass through the information. The workaround for this was to buy a iConnect Mio and use the Din ports on the Electribe and unfortunately you don't have that option. If I were you I would open a support ticket with iConnectivity because if the iPad can recognize both these devices directly with the CCK then there's something wrong with the way their device is treating them. I think the NanoPad2 is cheap enough they would be willing to just go buy one themselves and fix the damn thing and maybe solve both our problems.
Hey Leandroleg and KDub, I'm working with iConnectivity, and I got word of your posts here.
Please post on the iConnectivity forum. I haven't heard of this issue (although I don't doubt that it's real), but the interface should just be passing MIDI through untouched (unless it's filtered). If you're talking about audio then it's something else. But we'll figure it out.
I don't normally check this forum, so I'd appreciate it if you would post it here: http://www.iconnectivity.com/forum.
@nickbatz Thanks!
