AudioBus update just came through
Now that's better. So far so good. The annoying pop ups seem to go away after a click. I have to go to the fair now...

Thanks...
Yay for preset backups
Works for me.
Now with iTunes file sharing, great
We now have the situation that you can't reach the little ab sidebar in some apps because that gesture brings up slide over but I expected that ... Things will need a little adjustment. But Good job! @sebastain and @michael
We've already fixed that in the newest SDK. Just a matter of time until apps update to it.
I thought so.
@Sebastian
Is it advisable to update AB if you are sticking to iOS 8.4 or stay with the last version?
Works a treat but those popups - enough already!
Latest Audiobus is now totally buggered for me, iPad air iOS9. It will not recognise any apps, tons of permission requests and I still have the same Port unavailable messages for Tonestack. even when I do manage to open apps in Audiobus it will not remember them in any of the slots the next time I open Audiobus and so I have to give permission all over again, other than that it is great (sarcasm) I tell a lie Audiobus does see Caelestis in the input slot but I don't even remember what that app is for.
UPDATE: I deleted and download/reinstalled Audiobus and all my Apps are showing so corruption on my iPad was to blame, lost my presets but I can handle that.
@Trueyorky You can disable the popups in settings with feedback switch.
Nice update, devs. Thanks!
I still have a couple of small problems though:
There's an app (Uber Synth) in the list of input apps and I never ever installed that app
Looks like it's not AB's fault but studiomax (former audiomax) does not work with Audiobus at all - it can't even find AB installed. Tried re-installing both studiomax and AB - no luck. I'll better report this to the studiomax developers
Where?
Is the pop up a one time warning for each app you connect through AB? I tried this a couple of times - routed in normal way accepting the annoying warnings, removed those apps in the background and even did a full shutdown. Now when I use them in AB no warnings. Is that correct?
Thanks for the update!
I have the uber synth in the list (Air 1) and I don't know where this come from.
@Sebastian
Yep, it's only a one time thing. It's annoying at first but really only at first. You will only see it once per switch.
@Fruitbat1919 Always stick with what you know what works unless you need a specific thing that only the new OS version provides.
@Sebastian cool thanks
Is the warning pop up for every combination of apps?
Thanks for the reply
Yep. Also Facebook to safari and so on.
I think Apple should make it a more soft rollout rather than pushing the latest point zero iOS release each time. At least give us the option to turn off the red notification icon
@Sebastian. My mistake about switch. I went into settings because I got a couple of popups, and clicked on feedback switch. The popups stopped, so I thought that did it. Lol.
Btw what is the feed switch for?
Very weird. I have this too. Uber synth in AB even though I don't own Uber Synth
@Sebastian
I updated to the iOS 9 as soon as Audiobus updated thanks! All my apps work great even the ones that aren't updated the iOS yet. I had a turkey sandwich and two pieces of fried chicken while I was setting up all of my connection permissions
Curious, where in the settings app are you seeing the feed switch? Perhaps attach a screenshot?
I installed the update under 8.4.1 on my iPad Mini 2 and everything seems to work fine.
All the apps are selectable in AB and they load nicely, my saved presets are all present and load in when selected, so it's all sonically sunny!
@tOdkOn I'll screenshot it after work.
Screenshot as promised.
Oooo I was searching up and down settings.app for that. Thanks for taking the screenshot. That switch is for audiobus to warn you if there's going to be feedback interference with apps using the mic on your iDevice. If the dialog becomes a pain, you can disable it. Unfortunately doesn't allow us to turn off the constant app open confirmation dialogs.
