I-cade and app tips

Hi, so this has been great fun! There are just some issues I can't get. I hope we can share tips to make this easier.
For example in loopy I-cade triggers once on press and again on depress. I know there was a workaround but I forgot!

Also, whats the deal with cc and program changes? Are either better for icade use? You never want both press and depress (most likely). I just want some general help and tips too.

For tonestack I want to just turn on and off fx and tried midi learn, but no luck.

Finally, what is the deal with using 2 devices? Confusing....

    I think this applies in a sense to some bluetooth midi and the FCB foot controller app or double decker app. But still, get an icade they are cheap/....
