COLLAB! "Bring Back My Synthmaster Love," in the style of J. Geils Band "Come Back," featuring Toz Bourne, myself and ... LostBoy85 killing it on the lead vocals :)

    Okie dokie!

This will be epic! So.You guys better really be doing this. :) TozBourne's Synthmaster song was excellent. (for the contest).

Fruitbat1919 eustressor you can import files directly into Beathawk from AudioShare including complete folders by selecting iCloud Import File from the browser.

Good to know, thank you. I'm assuming that's any files you place in AudioShare's iTunes folder?

Of more immediate concern for me is exporting stems. Any way to avoid hooking up the iPad and using iTunes File Sharing? Only method I've sorted yet ...

  • @eustressor just use any of the folders in AudioShare to import into Beathawk, it uses the document sharing feature of iOS so you don't need to use the Internet or iTunes File Sharing to do this.

    Thank you...and...

@eustressor -You think that's a threat...or a challenge? Lol. Don't know about you, but it would have to go below several other ongoing projects. Although...maybe...but only if we are truly, awesomely, Epic!

Could it possibly be otherwise? @LostBoy85 is mighty!

I totally get where you're coming from on the project pecking order. Also, we'd need to get Lost Boy in on the conversation sends message promising wealth and fame and much EPICNESS!

  • I just enjoy what you guys come up with, so it'd be cool at some point to hear a collab. In the pecking order of course.

  • Did some one say wealth, fame and much epicness?!! I am yours to command!:D

  • Just bought sounds of the world, and it is very good.

  • I got the dawn of electronica vol 2 and the insignia pack from the song contest, they both sound cool. I needed the depeche mode one with many Vince Clarke sounds so I can collaborate with @monzo... ;-)

Maybe lbiyikoglu could answer this? I think that was their intent with the 2.7 SynthMaster update.

Hi! Sorry for being late! We will be releasing the next version of SynthMaster Player in a few days, this version has the 2.7 engine and using the desktop version you will be able to export your user presets to your iOS!

There are other cool new features as well, we'll be introducing special price preset bundles!

We added some modulation capabilities to the on screen keyboard (vibrato and aftertouch)

I want to love it, and I have bought several expansion packs, but I just can't see people talk about it very much.

For myself, I often feel I want to tweak a sound a little bit more than I can. Not sure if I'm just spoiled, and should be relying on my own patch making abilities more anyway. Thoughts?

And, as always, I'm curious what people's favorite Synthmaster expansions are.

I use my iPhone 6 Plus exclusively nowadays. I'm waiting for the promised iPhone version--I haven't had a chance to play with it, so I haven't had a reason to comment on it yet. :-)

  • I can't describe my feelings right now...too emotional.....love you guys!

  • we love you too :D

    This is crazy good.

  • edited October 2015

    V. looking forward. And for those OT viz Beathawk, you should be looking forward too, very interesting stuff in the very-soon-works. I love good things (like Synthmaster as well) that dive in well and then plow onwards.

    +1

  • by the new year there will be a new app with which you will be able to design sounds from scratch, but I can't guarantee it will cover all the functions of the SynthMaster desktop version, it'll be somewhere in the middle between the player and the full version

  • Good news indeed.

Would the iPad version be getting the new GUI also

  • The new synth master sounds highly interesting. Drum session will be out at about the same time. Derek was saying just today that it will be January 2016 by the looks. My birthday is in January so I can see early next year should be great as usual!

  • I'll look forward to that!
