Subject already posted I see. Johnfromberkeley beat me by 14 minutes. It's a cutthroat business.
I'm a little hot for the Jupiter as well but man, I dunno. Realllllly tiny faders (especially on the JP) and four voice polyphony brings it down a bit. there's a sound demo on youtube somewhere and it does sounds awfully good but watching the guy toothpick about with the controls leaves me wanting.
Think I'd rather have the Mother 32.
These would be perfect as iOS Apps with IAA/AU support
Or as Gadg... Oh... sorry!!
Wow I can't believe I'm thinking about buying hardware again. This is like the Moog Mother in the other thread. Is the Roland Botique line truly analog? Or a digital recreation?
Digital. Sonic talk did an episode about them last week.
Will be using mine within my iOS setup. It will be good to have some real hardware to tweak whilst triggering drum loops and basslines from iPad Air and Mini. Come to daddy.
Apple iOS major upgrades tend to have that effect on musicians!
lol True, true. But I like the fact that these new synths are tactile and small. Especially the Moog Mother 32.
