That makes sense! You're obviously more clever than me.

  • But I'm not klevgränd!

    They're on a different level.

  • Lord Knowth thath would be welcome by thumb.

  • It would be very cool if you could nix sibilance in your FX chain going into your DAW. Especially given Klevgrand's elegant simplicity and lightweight apps ... Imagine if Auria users could break out Pro DS for special occasions, not as a mandatory resource-hog on every vocal bus!

  • I’m thinking.

    that's the question

  • They seem to be selling a mixing desk in monthly instalments.

  • That was a good video. I'm not sure if I need this or not, but good video!

  • Lol... Damn Johan... this video is too good :D

  • Nice! "epreo"

  • The funniest part is there's no s in Cerveza

Ha! Nice one ... do they have an EQ app yet?

  • Doh! So much for "lightweight app" ... from the app description:

Note! Esspresso consumes quite a bit of CPU power and iPad 4 or later is recommended

Well, so does Pro DS, and I already spent over twice as much on that so ... guess I'm good. Still, could be handy for the non-Auria plugin owning set.

And conversely they should also make Auria versions of these. I wish all the cool developers would do this, so we could have multiple instances of their apps running in Auria. I know AU is coming at some point, but even that will be limited compared to what can be done in Auria today with native plugins.

  • I have Pro DS, haven't quite figured out how to make use out of it yet. When I use it, it turns my singing into me sounding like I have a lisp. Anyone think this would be easier to use for that reason?

+1 on that! More apps could definitely stand to follow SugarByte's example with Turnado and WOW2 - buy the app, automagically get the plugin in Auria :)

You just need to play with it. Loop a nice sibilant section that's stressing you senseless and just twiddle the knobs. Could be your Threshold is too high. Or your range could be too wide. Using the Audition button really, really helps. Kind of like doing an EQ sweep - the problem area immediately jumps out when you cross it. Then dial in just enough on the Threshold to get it under control before hitting lisp phase (been there, done that :)

I am also a Shamed DS-er. Have it, but can't make it give me pleasure like the other boys all talk about (Nurse). Thanks for the instructional etc.
