MPC Element Controller/IOS Issue
So I gave the MPC Element and it works perfectly fine with IMPC. I tried mapping the pads in Beatmaker 2 and no issues.
Things get weird when I try to use it with any other app (Gadget/Cubasis). The pads are mapped to random notes when I load up drums. Even when I try to map it to the triggers in Elastic Drums it doesn't pick it up as midi at all.
Not sure whats wrong here. I assumed it would work as a standard midi controller for all other apps without issues.
Does anyone else have this controller and managed to solve the problem or have any idea of what could be going on?

Got it to work with elastic drums with the "Note in" in the midi section. Tried it with Diode-108 and it works as well. I guess the app just needs to have the note on function?
Hey there
What settings did you use for Diode 108? I can't get it to talk to my MPC Element!
I ended up selling the MPC element lol
but from what I recall, I think there was a setting in Diode that had to be turned on in the midi section for it to work. when the element is plugged in I think it was note in section that had to be checked.
the note mapping is weird. you can use something like midi flow to remap on the fly or if i remember good, u can change the mapping in mpc essentiels.
