Korg Gadget audio track hack
THIS is awesome... I figured out that I can freeze a track in Gadget, then use iFunBox or iExplorer to go into Gadget's Freeze folder, and replace the frozen track with whatever audio I want. Just rename the track you want to import to the name of your frozen track's file name.
This will be a huge help to my workflow. Normally when I am trying to compose Gadget tracks to follow an existing track in Cubasis, it is a pain that I always have to start from the first bar when Gadget is in external sync mode. Now I can drop my track into Gadget and forget about sync. Could also be used to add vocal tracks or whatever!

Interesting - and more to the point this tells you that Gadget can already support audio tracks, so it really should be a simple thing for KORG to actually support them "officially".
Yep. It's a good hack. I worked this out a while ago.
Be aware:
when you mix down Gadget it will not mix in your audio track. It will unfreeze the track.
you can apply the Gadget reverb to the frozen track
Is there a more convenient way to get to the Freeze folder without having to attach to a computer? Are there any non-jailbreak apps that can access this folder to swap out wav files?
@gburks one day I hope....
I still don't understand why in settings you can't see a list of each apps itunes file sharing files so you can manage and delete unnecessary files more easily. will Apple ever implement this?
