  • There is no option for more than one answer. I'm at least 3 of these. And you forgot "I am probably the only one who enjoys the noise I make." That makes 4.

  • Not sure if you can do that option, but year I like your add on option. Won't let me add it now though. Only for a few laughs though. I forgot to add, I make noise to annoy the neighbours or I make music in my special room to avoid the kids lol

    +1

  • No! I'm an artist, DAMMIT! (At least I think so.) (My wife thinks so.) (Actually, no she doesn't.) (Kids, neither.) (And we won't discuss the dog.)

  • Great poll. I would add professional musician and music is a hobby questions.

  • Yeah, this really is a great topic, but as a poll, I'm really most of these, and as a former thrash/stoner/metalhead, never sat comfortable with the whole geek-pride thing besides. When I was growing up, geek is exactly what you did NOT want to be ;)

  • I think the meaning of Geek varies wildly between nations and localities, to say nothing of the changes of time.

  • Geek Chic. Own it.

Eventually liking computers, technology, SciFi, fantasy (like Lord of the Rings), etc. became mainstream and people embraced the term. The movie Revenge of the Nerds was one of the first. Here's the classic scene from the movie:

Lol by all my Dungeons & Dragons books on my shelf and my marble collection, I Fruitbat 1919 embrace the darkness of geekdom and discuss the differences in filters with my glazed eyed wife.....

  • The geek economy is being flooded by iOS refugees.

Nope, they are my marbles lol. My wife saw them in a charity shop and I had to have them!
Sorting them out into type now to put in jars. We also have a Lego collection too.

  • Those options are hella Nice. Unfortunately I don't fit in on either.
