Ok so now Wejaam shows up as input as opposed to output, but you still need to purchase the Audiobus (etc) IAP for it to actually work. I do want do support this app and all, but on the other hand I really don't want to support devs charging money for Audiobus (which is a free SDK and fast to implement).

That's what's going to be fixed today according to Dev. You won't have to purchase pro version to have AB in input or output. He said it was a mistake. I wonder.

I meant the image you posted of AB not being a IAP I posted on We jaam forum. Also just went to forum and Dev posted that its working now but it's not. WeJaam is in input slot but won't wake up. It is not in output slot at all. Still their description AB is listed under pro version.

I just got a popup window when opening Wejaam saying the Audiobus should work now and sorry about the confusion yada yada something. But I can't get it to work, tried everything I can think of. Anyone else having any luck getting it to work (without the pro IAP)?
@JMSexton in the case you've already purchased wejaam pro on ipad, can you restore it on the iphone using the same apple id? Or you must purchase it again??

It's a universal app you can just act as if you're buying it again and it'll pop up saying you already own this item, download it again? As long as its the same account

Audiobus not working without IAP.
it'll show up in input for me now then launch, but has no audiobus side bar. then when i get back into audiobus the app is still asleep. kinda seems half baked still.

@mgmg4871 i didn't buy it yet. kind of wanted to kick it around, and get a feel for it before i spent the money.
So I'm guessing they need to submit an update to fix the Audiobus/non IAP issue? Or can it be fixed from the Audiobus "back end" database thingy perhaps?
@ChrisG last night it was only showing as an output for me, and when i tried it today it showed up as an input... but like i said above seems slightly half baked until they update it. so i guess some of it is back end on the server side.
Ok so I went a head and bought the pro IAP and all IAP packs. Really great sounding and fun app. But the Audiobus implementation is buggy and really barebones. This is one of those apps that really needs at least a play/stop button on the Audiobus sidebar. And it plays back audio regardless if there's an output selected in Audiobus or not. It also needs a way to change the start-up behavior, as it is now it starts playing back, usually, some random mess as soon as you open the app. So please devs, clean all this up and it's definitely a 6 star app.
I don't think Wejaam devs have done anything wrong regarding their Audiobus implementation
They have used their time to produce a pro version of the app which includes ACP and Audiobus
and because its a paid for version the development time is justified updating the current free version will require more time and bring less financial reward but I suppose my point is why isn't the Wejaam logo in the list of Audiobus compatible apps when other apps like Music studio are and they are also guilty of having a free version without Audiobus support.
Point is, Music Studio doesn't offer AB as IAP, Wejaam does.
Wejaam is a cool app though not my typical style of music. Not sure if I will update or not but I agree with others that AB should not be an IAP. Seems they are working on it and for that I commend the developers.
The main reason (off topic as it may seem) is that @mgmg4871 brought up Music Studio (dude, do you ever sleep?). Universal apps are very important to me and since MS is universal, I can transfer projects from my iPad to my iPod Touch and work on them in circumstances where the iPad is unavailable. I understand that some apps need the real estate that an iPad provides but I am glad there are some that can manage to fit it all on a small screen.

How did this current update pass the quality control of its developers AND Apple?
Does not work.
Works fine here (iPad 2 and iPhone 5 , latest iOS). Bought the pro upgrade in the last version. With this update Audiobus is supposed to work without buying any IAP as I understood it all.
Still works on my ipad 4 but you can only record from it in Audiobus if you have something in the effects slot I imagine they will address this in their next update.
Sebastian & Michael deserve credit for standing up for their policy and not letting Devs sell AB as a IAP. Good looking out for us. Thanks Guys. Now I can consider the Pro version.
Got this on Facebook today, not sure if it means a dedicated iPad version is in the works (with maybe more stuff carried over from their Mac/PC plug?), or a more modified iPad version in the existing universal app.
