  • Hi Lars,

Thanks for all the bug fixes, always much appreciated.
Any chance you' ll consider fixing the vertical snapping bug in the midi editor? Where we can't put in values 1 and 2 due to snapping? That's the bug that's bugging me the most ...

  • I hope it stopped Cubasis from dropping in Audiobus remote.

  • ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

  • Guys is there a way to make a copy of a Cubasis setup. I created a nice setup to use with guitarism and setted up my midi channels and instruments just how I like it, now I can't figure out how to simply do a Save as... To create copies of this template to use for various projects. Any suggestions?

I suggest to create a snaphot, which is similar to a template.
Snapshots doesn't get altered and create a copy from it once tapped.

    Hope that helps,

    Lars

  • Awesome! Thnks.

Looks like it's supposed to be a feature and not a liability ;)

  • :)

Overall Zoom in and out needs fixing!

I deleted Cubasis a long time ago, if the zoom worked (to my liking) I would re- install and use, (Maybe!).

  • What I don't get with the zoom functionality of Cubasis is why you only get horizontal zoom on the main arranging page?

You get vertical zoom on the piano roll editor so why not anywhere else?

Simply perform the corresponding gesture over the tracklist to zoom vertically in the arrange page.

The vertical track list zoom is lovely and responsive and right on point. HOWEVER can regular Cubasis users chime in with the zoom on the piano roll. I find it difficult, squirrely to use etc BUT am wondering if one gets use to it with a bit of practice. I am trying hard to not 'tried it once it sucks' with many aspects of things iOS-wise that are different to what I've got used to elsewhere. So, the Cubasis piano roll zoom:

Does it get easier? Terrific after awhile?

  • Pinch and zooming? That's always been a bit fiddly with Cubasis. But, on the piano roll, once you have got the section you want pinched and zoomed, use the lock icon to stop if from moving round. That's the clincher there. Once I started using that it became a whole lot easier @JohnnyGoodyear

Thanks for the tip Captain, I will try that.

  • @JohnnyGoodyear
And, if you develop the habit to not trying two finger pan in Cubasis, then it gets a lot more usable.

I don't believe it - how the hell could I have missed this?!?! (RTFM maybe...)

But it IS a bit confusing that you do vertical zoom over the tracklist and horizontal zoom over the arrange area... isn't it?!?!?

Oh well, another mystery solved with the help of this forum - thanks guys!!!

  • Wow sets a 500 MB download! Trying it now
