KORG MODULE IAPs Problem

Hello there audiobus friends, I would like to mention a problem with my Korg Module app.
I have deleted it a long time ago, for space reasons and I recently downloaded it again under IOS 9.1 on my 4th gen ipad.
I have purchased the iAPs when it was released and I had left 6GB space on the ipad so as to redownload them.
When I am at the store page, I cannot restore as it show for 2 seconds that it will restore and then stops and when I push the buy button so as to recognize and re-download it says payment failed. I've tried to communicate with Korg helpdesk but they are probably don't have a helpdesk for their apps as nobody has answered so far.Also yesterday that I tried to download the new hammond expansion, they said payment failed although my itunes account is connected on my credit card and I purchase normally every other app from the store,including iAPs of other apps.
Any ideas?

    Hi Alex

    Did you contact Korg through their website ? I have done this regarding their iOS apps in the past and have had useful replies. The replies are not instant but they do come.

    This could actually be an Apple Store issue, so would be worth contacting them at the same time
