The license includes a right to copy, reproduce, communicate to the public, distribute, prepare derivative works of, modify and adapt your Content – even for commercial purposes – in any and all media and distribution methods and to the extent permitted by the Terms of Service.     And that's exactly the big major selling point for me. This is such a great an inspirational community, you can use everything and everyone can use your ideas.
    If your in it for the music that's what you get, if you're scared by the fact that someone else might turn your idea into a major hit, then this is not for you.

    And me, share what you want to share, if you really think Propellerhead are going to take your track and make loads of money then don't share your stuff, but Discover is about sharing snippets and pieces and letting others remix and then share again, its a lot of fun and not sinister in any way

    "Any and all" isn't limited to someone else turning your ideas into a hit, or otherwise making a load of money from them. You're effectively giving the world carte blanche with the stuff you put up there, so I would encourage everyone to consider usage scenarios they might personally detest or, otherwise, not support; because, if you agree to the TOS, you are consenting to your work being used for anything and everything.

    Exactly. Any corporation that wants free "hip" sounds gets to take your music and use it to make themselves absurdly wealthy without giving you a cent.

    It's not like they're forcing this on anyone, or even pulling the wool over anyone's eyes. Though I will admit it mostly seems to serve everyone but the one submitting stuff. The Commies are taking over.
