Animoog update - Now can't import presets thru iTunes?

Maybe it's user error, but when I tried to import some presets into Animoog through iTunes today, they don't transfer over to my iPad?

I read online how to do this, and there is a step that says, once imported into iTunes through File Sharing, that you select 'Import Presets' in the Settings menu of Animoog. I am not seeing the 'Import Presets' once I've put them into iTunes?

  • I emailed Moog about this. From iTunes, you drag the Presets folder to your desktop. Then drag your custom presets into that folder, and drag it back to iTunes file sharing (overwriting the old Presets folder).

Moog removed the "Import Presets" in a few upgrades ago. I hope this helps, it sorted things out for me.

  • I'll check this out tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.

I tried this tonight, and it worked perfectly! You can even created sub-folders within the "presets" folder for custom presets, so they're not all mixed together in the "uncategorized" section of Animoog.

Thanks so much for the help!
