Flux Play presets?
says you can share presets from Flux Play with Flux FX... it comes with 283 - is there anybody out there who can share the 283 presets for users who already own Flux FX and probably won't be picking this up?
Comments
Hi @Halftone - we will be setting this up this week so that you can open them in the iPad app. Stay tuned! I believe there are actually 294 in total, some are the same as the ones currently in the iPad version though!
great to hear!

Here are all the new [and old] performance presets that come in the FLUX:FX play app. You can import these into FLUX:FX and have the full set, or edit and then push them back into the iphone app. Options!
http://www.musicappblog.com/flux-fx-play-review/ John wrote a bit about it in his review.
also - hardcore FLUXFXer Rupert Lally has created a bank of performance presets - you can get those here: www.dropbox.com/s/ajpwp8vl6o0mgtn…lux%20FX.zip?dl=0
Listen to the [awesomely disruptive] sample track here:
"Fragment Index" (named after a track on my 2007 solo album,"Feral") is exactly that. 6 presets designed specifically to rhythmically re-arrange and destroy the frequency content of whatever audio you put into them."
Thanks, but cant get the link to work, think it might have been shortened?
ps: love Flux, definitely along with Turnado, my favourite of the multi FX apps. Quite tempted by Play even though I haven't got an iphone right now, so I can use two instances.
Does Play use noticeabley less CPU usage?

Not exactly, its the same engine but its running less interface, and generally people are playing with the options less, so that it FEELS like it is much lighter. Hard to explain why, but its a part of why FLUX:FX the master ipad app feels heavy, its because you want to use all the options
Thanks!
Not sure why but flux doesn't show up in the IAA fx list for Multitrackstudio, under Noiise or Flux....
Strange - I don't have multitrack studio buts it's working fine via IAA into Audioshare?
Funny, I asked for this last night!
Yeah I can see it in audioshare but it's not in MTS IAA effect list for some reason...
Ha yes you did! Did I forget to also post this on Twitter?
Ahh that sucks. Is there any other effect that isn't showing? I want to know if it is us or them...
Also is it iPhone or iPad?
It's iPad Flux:fx I can't spot anything else missing from the IAA fx list so far....
Any plans for an AU version as MultitrackStudio supports AU now too....?
Yes an AU version is on the plan but we need to prioritise some other things first.
