Need Help! High Network Session latency.
When I try to use Chordion as a keyboard through Network session, I experience 100ms+ latency.

There are so many variables that can affect wifi midi performance, your wifi router being the biggest. If it works for your setup you should try a direct Ad-hoc wifi network between your device and your computer, leaving that pesky router out of it. Audiobus' own Sebastian made a nice video describing that setup:

Thanks. It really works. By using Ad-hoc, the latency now is reduced to no more than 15ms. Cool.
