Cubasis mixdown issue
Guys I can't figure this one out.
Cubasis project is set at 120 bpm. But when I mixdown to wav ot slows the whole mixdown audio to half speed?
Any ideas?
All are midi tracks and one stereo audio track with Roland SC output onto the track as IAA.
Thanks in advance

I remember hearing about this happening a while ago, and I think there's a workaround or a way to deal with it. Check their forum.
Here's a thread from their forum:

Thanks ! Will check project might be set at 512 instead of 256.
It's been like that forever. Either they should disallow mixdown at other buffer sizes than 256 or fix the issue :-)
The huge amount of silence added to the mixdown file (usually 2 or 3 times longer than the actual track) is also still happening for me most times but not all the time. Frustrating.! Re-booting doesn't help.
I reported this in the Steinberg forum ages ago. Still no explanation or fix after several updates of Cubasis and iOS and even iPad!
What was more worrying last time it happened was that some tracks were no longer in sync on mixdown! This may have something to do with lots of editing/re-takes and ending up with audio clips that appear to have the same name, so that if I select to play one of them it plays back the sound of another clip with the same name! The only solution to that I have found is to delete the duplicate named clips and re-record them!
Also, I often find Cubasis has fallen asleep in Audiobus in the middle of all the app wants to open Cubasis/Cubasis wants to open app nonsense.
I love iOS music making and Cubasis but Reaper on my PC is starting to look more inviting again.
Setting project Hardware Latency at 256 solved the mixdown issue! thanks for the advice!
The same problem happened to me on september 2014, its been over a year with this problem (maybe more)
No problem. If only there were a workaround for MIDI note editing! Better yet, a 2.0 update that fixed that, and brought some new instruments like Padshop.
