Problems with Module in app purchases?

Recently, I tried to buy the new Organ sounds as an in-app purchase for Module. It must not have finished the download, as it isn't available in my iPad. What's worse, when I try to re-purchase it in the Module Store, I get a "Purchase Failed" message. Same with Ivory.

Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? I've already deleted Module and re-downloaded it, didn't seem to fix anything. 78690

    bump - anyone have any ideas? I've never run into this before, and just got the receipt from Apple, so I was charged for purchasing the Organs. Puzzling, irksome and offputting.

    Sorry no ideas on this one. It may be that you need to contact Apple. I've only contacted them twice and have to say they were very helpful.

    Have you tried a full reboot between delete and install?

    Hmm, thanks KIN777 - I thought I did, but can't say with 100% certainty that I did a hard reboot after deleting Module, but before re-downloading.

    Definitely deleted it though - lost all of my Set Lists, and now can't figure out how to re-import them from iFunbox (or iTunes, for that matter).

    I don't usually use the app as a stand-alone, unless practicing some keyboard.

    Not sure! I would be guessing here, can you mail set list or pdf them etc?

    I actually tried the free version and it sounds really good. So I thought someone tried the larger option.

    I forgot about KORG MODULE

    Haha, yeah I tried that app many moons ago. May re-look.
