Imaginary Apps
Now, in my dreams i am the best coder in the world. So in my dreams i have a bunch of stunning apps i truly wish will exist on ios one day...
iEasel: the Buchla Music Easel on ios in full glory
Madrona Labs iAalto and iKaivo: i love their stuff! A complete port, how awesome would that be?
iSynplant: that VST is simply made for ios. Please, Sonic Charge!
iAnimal: the modular monster by Serge, in full on the ipad pro...omg...
iNeuron: the Hartmann Neuron reimagined.
iChroma: a faithful emulation of the Rhodes Chroma.
So, anyone else want to join the thinktank?

Korg's long awaited iKronos! I will settle for an iM3 just because I should not expect too much you know.
@VincentT - iChroma definitely - yes.
iCS-80. iJupiter8. iARP2600 - all would be good too.
iTonto - the whole thing.
Thinking more on the whole Korg M3 or Kronos thing. It was Stephen Kay's contribution to Korg that really made both boards magical so perhaps IKARMA is what we really could use and it is midi based so it should actually work I think.
I'd so much love to see iEasel happen. I'd be ready to pay a handsome amount (in iOS terms) for such an app.
@MrNezumi iTonto would probably make every other synth app obsolete. Excellent idea.
@Tritonman i could imagine something like that happening. Sounds like a good option after the iMS20 and the iPolysix.
I always had a soft spot for the Jamstix drummer, that would be cool on IOS. Oh, and an improved and updated Vocaloid.
@jooga1972 Yep me too. I played one a while ago at a synth meet and haven't been able to get it out of my head ever since. I almost pulled the trigger on one.
One can dream..... i would like to have B2 for iOS! I could say my most favourite and most inspiring music software so far from everything i used!
I wish someone can make an ASR10 clone with a Gadget like interface.
iKling Klang - kinda like Gadget but all the modules would replicate the studio.
All Roland's new software emulations of their synths, even if they hog most the current iPad resources.
iPatience.

I would like an app that creates keyboard zones for any app. You can place an app on any area of the virtual keyboard and create zones and velocity layers. Play the app from any midi keyboard and it remembers all settings of every app. Complete with on screen mixer.
I might cross the five dollar threshold for that one
This
@Fruitbat1919 you can currently use Midiflow to setup zones on a keyboard to send notes to whatever combination of apps with virtual MIDI you want. Your setup can then be saved as a "song" in Midiflow to recall whenever you want to use it again. It's sort of like an Audiobus for MIDI.
Now, that would be a good idea
Thanks Paul, this one has slipped under my radar.
I'm off to play Racquetball for a couple of hours, but will be back later @Paul if you'd like to come round and set this up for me. I will happily provide an excellent Sunday afternoon cream tea etc
I will provide scones
@JohnnyGoodyear @Fruitbat1919 here's an example of a keyboard with four different octaves controlling four different synths.
It looks like just what I'm after, thanks.
Thanks boss....(scones were lovely).
