Auria - missing data after upgrade to 2.0

Anyone had any similar problems? (sorry for another Auria thread on the AB forum, I've posted over there too)
Wav files missing from projects and snapshots
Effects slots say "not found"
Autoclean up "off"

It has only affected certain projects not - all. I am very careful with my data and def haven't deleted by accident.

    "Not Found" in an effects slot happens when Auria can't find, or can't load an IAA.  This is pretty typical, as IAA is not a very robust standard, and it's not unusual for IAA apps to not load correctly.  Have you tried opening those IAA apps manually before you attempt to load the project?  That sometimes helps with IAA apps that don't automatically load.

    Was this a new project you've created in 2.0, or an older 1.55 project?

    Doesnt seem to make a difference, but they do load if I manually choose the plugin again - Any idea about Wav files going missing from snapshots? I can see some of the .dat files in the overview but the wavs are missing
