Anyone else having trouble restoring presets to Synthmaster Player for iPhone?

I keep getting this error message:

Also, I've accidentally bought individual packs that I already own in bundles in my attempt to install them.

Synthmaster Player's IAPs have cost me more than I intended twice now. :-(

  • @johnfromberkeley I was able to download my purchases from the app on an iPhone 6 running iOS 9.1 by registering via the menu on the left hand side of the keyboard. The first time after I'd registered, it told me I need to register but when I exited  the menu and returned again it worked.

Did every did everything download automatically! Do you have all the presets?

Did you enter your prior registration number?
  • @johnfromberkeley I didn't purchase the PC version of Synthmaster so I didn't have to enter a serial number, I simply entered my name and the email I used to originally register Synthmaster Player with. When the dialog shown in the picture came up, I checked the circles next to each set of presets and then they automatically started downloading and became usable on my iPhone. I haven't had time to test every one of the hundreds of presets but scrolled through and tried half a dozen from each set and they were all working.
