SilQ Equalizer update - iOS 8.1 support

Hi all! My new app SilQ Equalizer version 1.0.1 is approved by Apple and is currently processing for the App Store. Should be available very soon.

Not a big update but important to those who asked for iOS 8.1 support. Thanks for getting on touch!

Other changes are minor frequency adjustments and the audio engine SDK (TAAE).
