Repositionable stand for iPad
Can anyone reccomend a stand for the ipad that clips to a desk/shelf/upright and allows for repositioning the device. Nothing too crazy expensive please. Oh and I'm in the Uk so it has to be available to ship there.
Thanks in advance

Yup, somethink like that. Have you used that one?
I guess I was hoping that someone might reccomend soemthing they used and could vouch for.
That said, the one you've linked to has a fair few 4 to 5 star reviews
Bought a stand much as you want when I first bought an ipad. But the thing I ended up using the most is a stand made from a DVD case. It is remarkably stable on a variety of surfaces - table, sofa, bed, etc, - is extremely light, portable and as a bonus, is cheap. May not be what you want but thought I'd mention it. It will work with an ipad air in its smart folder but is better unsheathed. Cheers.
Very well done. I happen to have about 500 DVD cases I've been wondering what to do with...
As regards the OP: I have a couple of these:

Not cheap, but very good.
Thanks @Deselby that's excellent! Not what I need in this case, but one to use elsewhere.
And thanks also @JohnnyGoodyear, not cheap, as you say, but good to have a positive recommendation from someone who actually uses a thing. Probably outside my price range...
I use the iKlip Studio, it's pretty good and robust. I got it 2nd hand on ebay for £20 ish (from memory)
I have this : amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00P2ZR71I?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00
It's weighty and a bit clunky but with all the joints that can move, very flexible - I use it mostly on a music stand attached on the pole below the music, but also on a table next to my chair. It doesn't extend far and needs about an inch of table "edge" to be secure but it suits me perfectly. The iPad holder is spring loaded so easy to place / remove the iPad with or without a case and mine came with a mount for a camera tripod which I've also used a few times. Fits tablets of various sizes. I can't remember what I paid but it's £40 right now on Amazon - search for "Chargercity universal heavy mount"
@bennorland Yeah i've got it, use it on my desk, the arm itself is solid but the grey plate on the clamp came loose and the adhesive is bonded pretty tight my desk so it stays where it is.
It's not perfect but it's ok for £20, holds the iPad securely under my monitor, i use it for reading, typing watching videos and apps, iPad snaps into the holder and holds it well.
I think cause it's cheap there are QC issues with the design, if i were to get another i'd look with one with a different clamp and bracket.
Glad to hear that. i was just looking at them yesterday and it looks perfect for me.
