Who's using Cream?
I'm not a novice to using real instruments or making music on the iPad. Out of all the (40+ something) midi sequencers or instrument apps I've downloaded, I've easily understood them and was able to make music. But I haven't been able to make Cream Mobile produce any sounds, or even send/receive midi.
Who here has successfully been using it?

I've asked the (very responsive) developer for the testflight version after fiddling around with the officially released version without remarkable success. Now it works fine and it's a lot of fun even if I'm just starting to get into it. Sending midi out and producing sounds with the internal synth work like a charm.
... so none of the poll options really fits for me...
I guess I'll re-download it. Nothing happens for me.

Yes it's working fine. BUT it's the TestFlight version.
It's a bit of a crazy UI to start with. I have it working with Cubasis sending midi in and one track generating on the internal synth and one track on an external synth (z3ta). I failed at getting a 3rd track working alongside last night (all on test flight version).
I can understand why it would be very easy to get nothing out even when you know what you're doing. I can't even post a step by step cause it was a journey of discovery and I'm not in front of it now, suffice to say it does work!
...soo DrChris says the Test Cream works like a charm. Got it.
@ailm the developer uploaded a much too old version of the app to the App Store by mistake and is trying to mitigate the effect on users of the app by offering the TestFlight version of the app as an interim solution until Apple approves the resubmitted app with the correct version of the app.
