iOS Alchemy synth patches transfer to Mac Logic Alchemy Synth?
hey is there any way to transfer the patches from the iOS alchemy synth to the Logic version,,i have the iOS iPhone/ipad version and had gotten all of the expansion packs for it while they were available. I recently pulled the trigger on Logic mainly to get the full version of alchemy but was surprised to find that not all of the patches that were on the iOS version are in the mac version or at least not all of them or maybe not under the same patch names. Anybody else experience this? Thanks

You have to "download additional content" in Logic in order to get all the patches and samples. The extra content is 14GB so I would be surprised if there is anything missing that you had on iOS.
There are a lot of Alchemy 1 (and so Alchemy Mobile) patches which are not in Alchemy 2, even not in the additional download. I missed a lot of my favourite ones but since i had all the Alchemy 1 patches i could import them in Alchemy 2. And yes, some patches just seems to have another name and are slightly changed.
I don´t think you can import mobile patches into the desktop version, only the other way (at least in the past).
But maybe there is a way?
I still often prefer the good old Alchemy 1.55 since Apple made as usual some stupid limitations in the new version like no tuning inside the plug-in, no import of waveforms etc.
