Auria Pro driving DrumPerfect *Pro* via MIDI
Hi all - I did a quick followup video using DrumPerfect Pro as a drop in replacement for DrumPerfect, but I only illustrate in this video the fact that you can do that and it's identical. To understand the technique, you'll need to watch the first video with DrumPerfect too.
Oh - one other thing - I did show in this video why it's useful to have both a bus and a subgroup if soloing parts. I mentioned it in the original video but demonstrate the issue it resolves more clearly here. Watch both and you'll put the pieces together

Great Derek, thanks!
Great video! Is it possible to do the opposite - have DPP send midi notes for recording into AP?
Thanks Del Boy.
Don't think DP has midi out, but you can export a midi file.
Great tutorial! I learned a few things about Auria too.
Just one question, was there any reason you recorded the individual drums in stereo rather than mono?
Thanks for putting that up @MusicInclusive. Very handy.
YW @funjunkie27
Good question @pichi - someone else asked that on the YT page too. No - except I was being lazy when I added the tracks - so some drums that would normally be regarded as mono sources - e.g. kick - I left as stereo. If you check my MusicInclusive FB page, I showed a quick followup there about that very thing.
Thanks! @MusicInclusive
