Where/what are the IAPS ? I could not find any mention about these anywhere in the app nor on their Facebook or webpage.

I don't see any IAPs. So it is completely free apparently. Nice.
Chord Finder at the bottom then tap on the tuning. There are about a dozen tunings for free that were $0.99.
Strangely two are still not free
Ah, thanks, they're all free now as far as I can see. Only drop d strangely won't remember I 'purchased' it for free.
