Ostinator - a great little loop maker
There was a short thread introducing this app back in October as an effect pedal for live looping. I had not given it much attention until reading an article in Guitar Moderne blog which had been brought up by @hellquist in another thread on Borderlands. Anyway, in addition to its live echoplex effects functionality, it is very handy for cutting smooth, asynchronous loops within an Audiobus or IAA chain. It copies them to Audioshare or wherever quite easily as well. There's been a recent update to it, the developer is cool and provides good support and it's a beautiful, solid little effect for Audiobus. I've enjoyed using it.

Hehe, good the article brought you do a good app! I actually bought it too, but have yet to open it. It looks like it is simple enough to actually do what I hope it would do, and also being able to bind it easily to my foot controller, but I have yet to test/verify.
