Resources for making music videos
Hi, I've been getting into making videos for my music and posting them on vine, instagram, youtube, etc. Like music apps, there are alot of good apps to make cool videos/pictures with ( this thread has good suggestions https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/comment/179522/#Comment_179522). But like music apps, there are many different apps that do different things for making visuals, and it can be confusing to navigate which apps to use and for what. Resources like the AB forums and the soundtestroom have been awesome for learning what music apps to use (and how to use them), now I'm trying to find if there are any similar websites/communities/forums/blogs/youtube channels where people are discussing ios video/picture creation? Do you know of any? Thanks, Dan

Take this just as starting point:

I am a professional film and television camera operator (over 22 years) and was looking for a decent video software app for the iPad pro ( other than iMovie).
I picked up pinnacle studio pro.
For my personal projects, I use a PC based app, Sony Vegas.
I usually grab some screenshots relevant to the music project and make a slideshow in iMovie to be displayed while my song is playing. On the PC I used Windows Movie Maker to do the same thing. I was hoping to find a music visualizer app that would generate a movie based on my song, but I haven't found anything like that yet. Anyone know of an iOS app that does this?

I'm not doing anything too crazy, but I like Cute Cut. There's an iOS and Mac version (not sure about PC.). It's pretty easy to add transitions, multiple audio tracks, text, and graphics. Not sure of any web resources for it or in general though, but I imagine there's something out there. Maybe try Googling VideoBus
Takete, full stop.
Some say it is over priced but, specially if you come from a digital music background, it really makes some sense. It is still a wip IMO but you already can get some STUNNING results for your music if you"ll have some patience(not too much) to translate your workflow from music to images, since it works just the same in this wonderful app.
If you spend some(really little) time grabbing some video clips from your everyday life as you would record people chattering at the bus stop or whatsoever, Takete will let you play(not editing/rearranging) with em. Try it. Takete LE is free; definitely limited but if you want to have an idea what it can do and what you can do with it just go for it.
