Babyface pro with ios
Hi everyone,
I am looking for a new quality usb audio interface, which is compatible with ios and has many channels (at least 12) so i can record all of my hardware instruments together at once into Auria. My extreme limit in budget is 800€, i believe it is more than enough for a valuable interface.
I was interested in the arturia audiofuse but it keeps getting delayed. It has 14 channels, adat and spdif, and a sweet sweet usb hub which i can imagine plugging my iconnectmidi4+ in. But i'm losing patience and confidence. I'm afraid it could be bugged on release or not meet the expectations.
Then now, i'm considering the RME Babyface pro. It is compatible with ipad and has 12 channels through adat, and RME has a nice app available on the appstore. They're renowned for their quality interfaces.
I'm wondering if anyone use this interface and can share comments ? Do you guys think this is a good choice? Or do you have a cheaper yet quality alternative which meets my needs ?

I think RME is one of the best...routing, sound quality, extremely low latency.
