Video of new DAW! n-Track Studio 8 - the Step Sequencer

At least they're calling it a DAW. Comments say there will be a mobile version:

  • Hope the iOS version would be getting a face lift also.

  • I'm excited. But then I'm the only guy on the bus that prefers n-Track to other DAWs.

  • I use n-Track once in a while for things. Any rumors if it will be an upgrade for existing users or a whole new app/program?

  • Wow, just looked over the reviews on the App Store... Has there ever been s more unloved app ?
    I'll pass

  • @enc ya the app was broken when it first came out, and it took a while to fix. I don't get paid by n-Track, but I can tell you it runs pretty smooth now. There's not much I can't do with it nowadays.

  • N-Track on the PC was my first DAW in the way-back days, and in those early days an incredible community grew up around it. But eventually as other lower-priced DAWs got better and better, and N-Track only seemed to get buggier, everyone seemed to drift away. It's now been over a decade since I've fired up any version. The reviews do seem to indicate that bugginess is still an issue, but a part of me is happy Flávio is still fighting the fight. :)

  • Wow! n-Track is getting better and better. I was one of the original beta testers back before it was even a 1.0 release. It has come a LONG, LONG way since then! Flavio Antonioli is one of the nicest developers around too! I really like the way it looks now!
