RIP
This January has been very cruel to the music world
So sad ...
Yes it has, Colin Vearncombe, died only a few days ago as well, aged only 53,

Missed that news. He was young. Let's hope Febuary is kinder to the music talent of the world.
To all, who, have passed,
Paradise.....
Damn, this is crazy. I was just watching some Jefferson airplane clips the other day. RIP.
I will have today playing in my internal jukebox for the next few days, was my favourite track by them, RIP.
I draw caricatures. Found a great pic of him to do one from.
Nice!
Thank you!
74 is very old! He has a good life and his family have lots to renemember him by. a death is never a pleasant thing but there are far worse pains to endure. RIP
Hmmm. Remind me to discuss this with you later.
Can I get in on that...?
Bad idea posting when you are drunk and feeling down!
Since many "rock stars" are clustered around a particular age demographic, these guys are gonna be dropping like flies in the next few years.
The original singer of Jefferson Airplane, Signe Anderson, died on the same day.

RIP
That one slipped right past me.
Peace to her loved ones.
Wow. Irony or karma or both.
"We arrived together. Let's take off together."
Strongest early memory of Jefferson Anything was Jefferson Starship playing "Jane" on The Star Wars Holiday Special in 1978. I thought they totally rocked. Somehow the intense cheese factor of that show escaped my pre-teen mind.
