Yes! Finally Apple come through. I'm excited already!

That is good news. I don't know why they keep mentioning they're testing a beta of 10.11.2 when the latest official non beta release is 10.11.3, though? They wrote the same thing to me yesterday to answer my support ticket. I think they must be testing a beta of 10.11.4, right?
Very excited for this. My iPad has been non-existent to my rig recently because of this issue. Missing all the crazy synths!
Yep - hoping we'll see the iOS release very shortly. (I have no news, just hoping )
Cool beans. Thanks!
It's 10.11.4. Sorry about that (I'm the guy who posted the blog).
But please be warned that public beta OS software is risky and of course not sanctioned officially by iConnectivtiy, so really do think long and hard before installing it. And back your stuff up first, just in case!
I already thought it must be 10.11.4. I hope the release is coming real soon and doesn't break anything else...
I certainly wasn't suggesting anyone do anything but wait for the official release. Don't go installing any betas and mess up your production iPad / Mac. Please! Just excited about the possibility that when those betas become production things will be finally fixed.
Very good news indeed! Fingers crossed.
Fingers CrissCross!!
By the way, if anyone has problems with only the Mac connected make sure to test your USB cable. I was getting clicks and pops because of a not so good cable. It went away when I swapped it out for a short better quality one. Something worth trying.
Waiting for this update also. Great news!
